It has been a couple of weeks or more since I have blogged it up. Sorry but there is a lot going on at this time. I will fill you in on it later if you ask.
I will be giving up my site here soon, the new owner will be tipping you on where to go and where not to visit in the Tri-city region.
That is all for now unless you want to visit http://t.co/72hzoF0z to see how you may be entitled to a new and better truck than you have now.

Eight Games Tomorrow
I Guess The Holidays Are Over
I Hate To See The End
There is no way around it. My long holiday is over and I have to get back into the old groove.
I have been neglecting my studies and have some catching up to do.
First I will tell you about a new plan I have to drop off 25 pounds by June, this is 5 pounds per month and seems doable. I am at 220 now and plan to get to 195.
I will be doing a 1/2 hour walk 5 days a week and am going to get onto the old reliable 8oz. diet.
Starting TODAY.
I will put up a weight loss article every 2nd or 3rd day and include a not about how things are going.
Hockey is in the wind again now that the stupid All Star BS is done with.
Today I have:
Columbus/LA --- LA, money-line.
Dallas/Anaheim,--- Anaheim, ML - under 5.5
Rangers/Buffalo, ---Rangers, - under 5.5 - Rangers won, 1-0 shootout.
Not much to bet on but who is watching? I do it for the money. If there are no good looking prospects I do not bet.

It is Snowing!

Do you bet on sports? The Vancouver Canucks have been kind to me for quite a while now. I am not sure if I should back them tonight or not. The game should be theirs but winning streaks don't last forever.
I can get 1.56 odds from most bookies and it is tempting. I will decide in the next 5 minutes.
Nothing more for now, I may revisit later.
Thanks for looking.

Just a Couple of Blocks Away
There was a little mishap about 3 blocks up the road from The Burrard Pub.
I got a couple of pictures and can tell you no one was hurt. I overheard the driver telling someone on the phone she was going to be late.
It is a little hard to figure what took place to cause this. There was only one car involved and dry road.
Here are the pictures...
Looks like fun doesn't it?

There is Another Burrard Pub!
Image via Wikipedia |
I guess I will have to visit it and report back. Maybe you have been there? If you have how about a short sentence or two?
I will see if there is a blog. Then maybe I can p/u some info before I go.
I am back from a short search and have read a couple of reviews. I will only say that most of them where not great. Don't mistake this Burrard for the one on Saint Johns in Port Moody. It has a sign saying "The Burrard Public House" but you know it will be known as "The Burrard" to the patrons.
I will refer you to this - http://www.urbanspoon.com/r/14/1443079/restaurant/Downtown/Burrard-Bridge-Bar-Grill-Vancouver
Let me know if you have been to either one of the "Burrards".
Thanks
